Haim was of course known best -- at least by people from my generation -- for his role in the teen vampire flick "The Lost Boys," which also starred Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Patric, Jami Gertz and Corey Feldman. My first memory of Haim in film is from "Silver Bullet," an adaptation of Stephen King's werewolf novella. The title of that movie actually has two meanings, referring both to the best method for offing a werewolf and the awesome motorcycle/wheelchair that Haim's character uses.
In addition to "The Lost Boys," Haim is perhaps best known for his frequent collaborations with Corey Feldman. The two appeared in a number of movies together, including "The Lost Boys," "License to Drive," "Dream a Little Dream," "National Lampoon's Last Resort" and, of course, the reality TV series "The Two Coreys."
I had a crazy crush on him - supa crazy.
